Business Development Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Job description:
- Responsible for Business Development / Sales
- Business Research to identify potential clients / lead generation
- Using email, telephone calls to defined geography to qualify/shortlist potential clients
- Package Optimar offerings/services in a manner that is attractive to potential client
- Engaging with potential client to ensure high level willingness. Take all first level calls and lead discussions on service offerings
- Develop offerings in line with client requirements backed by research and internal capability.
- Evolve strategic thinking to introduce new/innovative approach in acquisition of new clients.
- Create a pipeline of leads and follow up for conversion of leads to contract.
Work Experience:
- Should have 6–7 years of relevant experience (BD / Marketing / Sales).
- Exposure of handling international clients is necessary.
- Exposure of US recruitment will be an added advantage.
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Excellent presentation skills (Personality, ability to present Optimar.
- Interpersonal skills/ Team player.
- Good analytical and reasoning abilities.
