Business Development Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Job description:

  1. Responsible for Business Development / Sales
  2. Business Research to identify potential clients / lead generation
  3. Using email, telephone calls to defined geography to qualify/shortlist potential clients
  4. Package Optimar offerings/services in a manner that is attractive to potential client
  5. Engaging with potential client to ensure high level willingness. Take all first level calls and lead discussions on service offerings
  6. Develop offerings in line with client requirements backed by research and internal capability.
  7. Evolve strategic thinking to introduce new/innovative approach in acquisition of new clients.
  8. Create a pipeline of leads and follow up for conversion of leads to contract.

Work Experience:

  1.  Should have 6years of relevant experience (BD / Marketing / Sales).
  2.  Exposure of handling international clients is necessary.
  3. Exposure of US recruitment will be an added advantage.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

  1. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  2. Excellent presentation skills (Personality, ability to present Optimar.
  3.  Interpersonal skills/ Team player.
  4. Good analytical and reasoning abilities.
