US Recruiter
Role & Responsibilities:
- Qualified candidate should understand US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full- time positions).
- Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals and using Job portals such as Monster, Dice, Indeed USA, Career builder etc.
- Must have experience on hiring all levels of technical candidates.
- Must have experience working with third party vendors to ensure sourcing resumes in quick turnaround time.
- Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients’ requirements
- Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
- Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
- Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
Professional Competencies
- Good understanding of US geography and time zones.
- Comfortable dealing with candidates from diverse background.
- Must have good rate/ salary negotiation & closing skills.
- Uses advanced social media and marketing tools to find best active candidates.
- Prepares robust, insightful sourcing and branding plans to attract all potential candidates.
Professional Skills & Qualifications
- Must have minimum 2 Years of experience in US Recruitment.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to suit US standards.
- Comfortable working in Night Shifts.
- Systematic, hardworking and ability to multitask on a regular basis.
- Must be a Self-Starter and able to work independently.
- Confidence to work independently and a good team player
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
