Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Qualified candidate should understand US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full- time positions).
  2. Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals and using Job portals such as Monster, Dice, Indeed USA, Career builder etc.
  3. Must have experience on hiring all levels of technical candidates.
  4. Must have experience working with third party vendors to ensure sourcing resumes in quick turnaround time.
  5. Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients’ requirements
  6. Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
  7. Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
  8. Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries and responsibilities till joining of candidates).

Professional Competencies

  1. Good understanding of US geography and time zones.
  2. Comfortable dealing with candidates from diverse background.
  1. Must have good rate/ salary negotiation & closing skills.
  2. Uses advanced social media and marketing tools to find best active candidates.
  3. Prepares robust, insightful sourcing and branding plans to attract all potential candidates.

Professional Skills & Qualifications

  1. Must have minimum 2 Years of experience in US Recruitment.
  2. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to suit US standards.
  3. Comfortable working in Night Shifts.
  4. Systematic, hardworking and ability to multitask on a regular basis.
  5. Must be a Self-Starter and able to work independently.
  6. Confidence to work independently and a good team player
  7. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
